3. Innovate – Develop and implement systems to meet the varying needs of our customers.

4. Communicate – Establish and maintain effective and timely communication channels with our
customers.

5. Set Standards – Establish standards and benchmarks which are monitored internally and for
each customer.
​
6. Monitor – Continually monitor the standards on a regular basis, assessing variances and
identifying opportunities for improvement.

7. Review – Review all aspects of the partnership periodically to ensure that we are providing the
highest level of quality service and satisfying our customers.
